DESCRIPTION

Condo #31 is a new rental unit. It has a 2-car garage in the lower level, a kitchen, half bath and living area in the main floor.

And…the upstairs is for relaxing with a queen bed overlooking the ocean in the master bedroom with it’s own attached bath and shower. A door separates the other bedroom from the master and also has its own bath with tub and a bedroom with two twin beds.
