DESCRIPTION
This tastefully decorated condo has undergone a completely new facelift and renovation with beautiful new wood flooring and furniture throughout. It is in tip top condition and everything is new and comfortable. A sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, great dining area and large flat screen TV round out the main level in addition to the balcony overlooking the pool area.
From the all new King Bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen plus a Twin Bed in the guest room it is set up for everyone to be more than comfortable. A privacy door separates the two upstairs bedrooms.
And…the lower level features a queen sleeper sofa, TV, full-sized washer and dryer and is completely heated and cooled so it is comfortable in any season. And for safety and security there is a 1-car enclosed garage to round out the lower level.
